Quest For Design
Hello my name is Mike Pikowski, I am an Architectural Designer with over 7 years of experience in the Architecture profession. Currently working with HDR Architects the 1st in Healthcare design 21 years in a row, I have collaborative experiences taking multiple projects from an idea to a physical model, animation, and presentation directly to the client having won over 2 billion in awarded projects.
Since 2010 till 2017, I was a Junior Architect at James McNeight Architects, having designed, managed, and built over 100 homes in the tri-state area. Directly after graduating from NJIT, until today I am currently an Architectural Designer, at HDR specializing in competition design and Animations. In the future I will be pursuing my masters degree in architecture, aspiring to teach my passion of architecture to the upcoming generations of youth.
Three of my colleagues and myself formed a modern marketing and design business 4 years ago and are continuing to be on the cutting edge of design for modern graphics, logos, websites, and extensive marketing material.
My daily responsibilities include navigating across multidisciplinary platforms as well as interdepartmental project collaboration. As part of our lead design team, I was a contributor to our 2017 innovative and award winning design of the worlds largest data center located in Norway. I have primary oversight for many of our architectural designs, which include both physical models as well as our digital integrated solutions.
